Secondary school teachers can now book one of seven new hands-on science workshops<\/strong> on topics like DNA, rare diseases, environmental pollution, fake news, engineering and virtual reality (VR). The activities are carried out by researchers who will visit different schools in Luxembourg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activities are carried out by young researchers that have developed them in the context of a science communication training from the DESCOM<\/a> (Doctoral Education in Science Communication) project. In an introductory workshop with Nadia Battello they learned the basics and started working on their own activities, which they developed further in the upcoming weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
