The science comic showcases science and research made in Luxembourg. The single stories are developed in collaboration between young scientists and comic artists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit the LUX:plorations stand at the BD Festival in Contern to meet some of the people involved and get your copy of volume 3!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year the LUX:plorations stand will also have a small robotic guest. Come and dance with it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The comic series LUX:plorations is a <a href=\"http:\/\/descom.uni.lu\">DESCOM<\/a> project and supported by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM), the Doctoral School in Science and Engineering as well as the Doctoral School in Humanities and Social Sciences (DSHSS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admission to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdcontern.lu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BD Festival Contern<\/a> costs 3\u20ac per day for adults and is for free for children under 12 years od age. Parking is available and indicated. A free shuttle bus will bring you from the station Sandweiler-Contern to the festival in Contern.
