To achieve this, he relies on the transmission of specific somatic knowledge and practices, enabling body awareness through movement and anatomy. The workshop focuses on discovering and perfecting the availability of the vertebrae, while highlighting dance concepts and techniques such as the centre of gravity, freedom of articulation, balance and support.
