One Step Forward Mentoring Programme

The One Step Forward Mentoring Programme – supported by BGL BNP Paribas – aims to integrate refugee students into the professional world, bridging the gap between refugees, studies and the world of work.

The programme offers:

• a range of training courses: creating a CV, interview techniques, accounting, IT skills etc.
• mentoring sessions: 52 hours of one-to-one mentoring sessions with a BGL BNP Paribas employee.
