Call for Participants – Uni Talents

We want to celebrate the hidden talents, creativity and artistic side of the uni.lu community in all of it shapes and forms.

Interested in contributing? Submit your application before the 27th of April and be part of the university’s very first art showcase! Staff and Students are welcome!

• Who can participate

  Students, PhD students and Staff, individuals or groups

• How can I contribute

  Submit a proposal with up to 3 creative/artistic pieces or 1m³ of space to showcase.

  All forms of art are welcome, including (but not limited to):

  Poetry, painting, digital art, drawing, origami, woodwork, sculpture, ceramics, crochet, knitting, embroidery, photography, short films, audio recordings, collage, accapella, dancing, and more.

• Guidelines
  • Be respectful. No obscene or hateful content.
  • All submissions must be original work.
  • Maximum of 3 entries per participant or 1m³ of space
  • By submitting, you confirm your availability on 21 May (Morning setup: anytime between 10:00–12:00; Evening clean up: 18:00 to pick up your art).
  • Artists are encouraged to be present during the activity, but full‑time presence from 12:00 to 18:00 is not mandatory.
  • No selling or commercial activity is allowed.
  • Submission does not guarantee participation. Participation will be confirmed on 10 May.
