Strong Nation

Strong Nation is a program that combines bodyweight training, strength training, and cardio-focused activities in a new way.
It is a high-intensity activity with music specially designed to match the movements and provide perfect synchronization. The basis is the combination of high-intensity movements with lower-intensity movements. Through this activity, you work out the entire body.
