Discover our different sessions with different themes and give yourself a moment to yourself, to rediscover serenity in the present moment. Come to one, two, several or all of the sessions, depending on your interests and needs! Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we intentionally and non-judgmentally pay attention to the experience of the present moment. In our daily lives, we sometimes forget to give ourselves this time and this attention to ourselves: this is an opportunity for you to do so surrounded by kindness and in a welcoming and open environment.
