Kickboxing

These classes combine techniques of different disciplines:

  • General fitness: complete cardio workout, strengthening the whole body.
  • Improved coordination: the variety of movements improves agility and coordination.
  • Stress reduction: intense exercise helps to reduce stress and improve mental health.

Mixed boxing classes and Boxfit sessions are ideal for those looking to improve their physical condition, de-stress and burn calories while enjoying a dynamic and complete sports workout.
