Advanzia Bank plans to continue to offer the scholarship annually to one student. It includes a monthly stipend, an internship opportunity as well as the possibility of a summer job.
Advanzia Bank will give the chosen Master’s student the opportunity of an internship in Advanzia Bank’s Risk Department in their fourth semester.
The internship will have the maximum duration of six months (one semester). During this time the master student will have the opportunity to finalise her/his master thesis.

A stipend of €750,00 per month will be paid for a period of 12 months.
The stipend may be cumulated with the Advanzia Bank internship compensation scheme. The cumulated stipend and internship duration may not surpass one year in total.

Application procedure
Applicants are invited to send their letter of motivation to the Study Programme Director.

Selection procedure
The recipient is selected by the Programme Director of the Master in Quantitative Economics & Finance after consulting Advanzia Bank and an interview of the student is organized with the bank’s CFO and HR Department.
The student is selected on the basis of their past results and financial needs.
Applicants are eligible for the fellowship if they:
- Speak excellent English
- Are as finance students interested in the business model of Advanzia Bank
- Have excellent mathematics, statistics, IT and risk management skills
