  >\n<strong>Comment participer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude REPHLECS PD comprend trois groupes de participants, chacun avec des crit\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les t\u00e9moins sains sont des personnes qui n\u2019ayant pas avec de maladie neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ou cardiovasculaire, des troubles cognitifs et qui ne sont pas enceintes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson pr\u00e9sentant des sympt\u00f4mes d&rsquo;hypotension orthostatique (tels que des vertiges ou des faiblesses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson sans sympt\u00f4mes d&rsquo;hypotension orthostatique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les participants doivent \u00eatre en mesure de se tenir debout pour effectuer le test de Schellong \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"phases-de-letude\"\n    >\n<strong>Phases de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude comporte deux phases d\u2019environ une semaine chacune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1 :<\/strong> s\u00e9lection et \u00e9valuation initiale \u00e0 la clinique de recherche sur la maladie de Parkinson :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Signature du formulaire de consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Test de Schellong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c9valuations cliniques avec surveillance cardiovasculaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du SOMNOtouch et de l&rsquo;EmbracePlus d&rsquo;Empatica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Instructions sur l\u2019utilisation du bracelet EmbracePlus pour effectuer le test de Schellong de mani\u00e8re autonome dans le cadre de la phase de suivi \u00e0 domicile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1: <\/strong>During screening and baseline assessment at the Parkinson&rsquo;s Research Clinic, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">sign the informed consent form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">perform a Schellong test<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">undergo clinical assessments (including the Schellong test) with cardiovascular monitoring using the SOMNOtouch and the Empatica EmbracePlus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">receive instructions on how to use the EmbracePlus wristband at home&nbsp; to perform the Schellong test on their own for the Home Monitoring Phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2 :<\/strong> phase de suivi \u00e0 domicile de 7 jours. Cette phase comprend&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Port du bracelet Empatica EmbracePlus pendant la journ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Deux tests de Schellong par jour (environ 10 minutes \u00e0 chaque fois).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Tenue d\u2019un journal pour documenter les tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode de sept jours, les participants seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 donner leur avis sur la facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation du bracelet Empatica EmbracePlus.
