Cela peut provoquer des vertiges, des faiblesses et d&rsquo;autres sympt\u00f4mes, ce qui rend la prise en charge de la maladie de Parkinson encore plus difficile. Le diagnostic de l&rsquo;hypotension orthostatique peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9, mais des capteurs portables pourraient aider \u00e0 observer la r\u00e9action du corps \u00e0 un changement de posture, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de la position assise ou couch\u00e9e \u00e0 la position debout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants \u00e0 notre \u00e9tude porteront deux appareils pour surveiller la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, la pression art\u00e9rielle et les changements de position du corps. Notre \u00e9quipe clinique vous expliquera comment utiliser les deux appareils, le SOMNOtouch et l&rsquo;Empatica EmbracePlus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, vous vous rendrez \u00e0 la clinique de recherche sur la maladie de Parkinson pour une visite clinique et vous effectuerez un test de Schellong en portant les dispositifs portables. Vous porterez ensuite le dispositif Empatica EmbracePlus pendant sept jours \u00e0 la maison, tout en poursuivant vos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes. \u00c0 domicile, vous effectuerez \u00e9galement le test de Schellong deux fois par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"quest-ce-que-le-test-de-schellong\"\n    >\n<strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le test de Schellong ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un test simple permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer la r\u00e9action du corps \u00e0 un changement de position.&nbsp; Il est particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour d\u00e9tecter une chute soudatine de la pression art\u00e9rielle, signe d\u2019une hypotension orthostatique. Voici comment il se d\u00e9roule :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, vous resterez allong\u00e9 pendant 10 minutes afin d&rsquo;obtenir une mesure de base de la tension art\u00e9rielle et de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque. Ensuite, vous vous l\u00e8verez durant 6 minutes \u00e0 la clinique et 3 minutes lors de la surveillance \u00e0 domicile. La pression art\u00e9rielle et la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque seront enregistr\u00e9es toutes les minutes. Le test de Schellong vous sera demand\u00e9 une fois \u00e0 la clinique et deux fois par jour chez vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une chute significative de la tension art\u00e9rielle dans les 3 minutes suivant le changement de position, peut sugg\u00e9rer une hypotension orthostatique, qui sera confirm\u00e9e par le clinicien afin de poser un diagnostic.
