        Nous recrutons des personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson pour participer \u00e0 notre \u00e9tude REPHLECS PD, dont l\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le traitement de l\u2019hypotension orthostatique. L’hypotension orthostatique se manifeste par une chute soudaine de la pression art\u00e9rielle lorsque l\u2019on se l\u00e8ve, ce qui peut provoquer des vertiges ou des chutes. Il s’agit d’un probl\u00e8me courant chez les personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson, mais qui passe souvent inaper\u00e7u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, nous testons des dispositifs portables (comme une montre connect\u00e9e par exemple) permettant de surveiller le rythme cardiaque et la pression art\u00e9rielle. L’objectif est de voir si ces dispositifs peuvent supporter les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 mieux comprendre et traiter l’hypotension orthostatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Cette \u00e9tude sera men\u00e9e sur place, \u00e0 la clinique, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Nous recrutons des personnes r\u00e9sidant au Luxembourg et dans la Grande R\u00e9gion :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. 20 adultes en bonne sant\u00e9 et non atteints de la maladie de Parkinson<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. 20 personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson pr\u00e9sentent parfois des vertiges ou des \u00e9tourdissements lorsqu’elles sont debout, des potentiels sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019une hypotension orthostatique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. 20 personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson qui ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de sympt\u00f4mes pouvant indiquer une hypotension orthostatique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Votre participation nous aidera \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • trouver de meilleurs moyens de d\u00e9tecter l’hypotension orthostatique \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce, pour permettre une prise en charge plus efficace. Ainsi, nous pourrons r\u00e9duire le risque de chutes caus\u00e9es par des vertiges et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • tester des dispositifs portables qui mesurent en permanence la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, la pression art\u00e9rielle et la position corporelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • comprendre comment le corps r\u00e9agit lors d\u2019un changement de position, par exemple en se levant du lit ou d’une chaise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • am\u00e9liorer la technologie qui pourrait aider les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre plus facilement l\u2019hypotension orthostatique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
