>\n<strong>Participation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants seront soumis \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;\u00e9valuations, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Analyse de la mobilit\u00e9 : analyse de la marche gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des capteurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Test de force : \u00e9valuation de la force de pr\u00e9hension \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un dynamom\u00e8tre JAMAR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c9valuation de la sant\u00e9 cognitive et \u00e9motionnelle : tests tels que le \u00ab&nbsp;Montreal Cognitive Assessment&nbsp;\u00bb et l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de d\u00e9pression g\u00e9riatrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c9valuation de la fonction physique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des protocoles d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation standardis\u00e9s (tels que le \u00ab&nbsp;Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment&nbsp;\u00bb et le \u00ab&nbsp;Functional Independence Measure&nbsp;\u00bb).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Rapports de sant\u00e9 globaux : auto-\u00e9valuations par le biais du questionnaire de sant\u00e9 global PROMIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c9valuations cliniques : \u00e9valuations professionnelles de la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les participants \u00e0 long terme, les changements de sant\u00e9 seront surveill\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;examens de suivi et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de surveillance composite sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"parties-de-letude-digitrack\"\n    >\n<strong><strong>Parties de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/strong> DIGITRACK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude comprend deux parties, chacune con\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 garantir un suivi et une collecte de donn\u00e9es complets :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partie 1 : \u00e9valuation de base<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette partie se d\u00e9roule dans les \u00e9tablissements de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zithasenior.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ZithaSenior S.A.<\/a> et comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Signature du formulaire de consentement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c9valuation clinique, y compris l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la mobilit\u00e9, de la force et de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Collecte de donn\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des capteurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partie 2 : suivi \u00e0 long terme (pour les participants s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette phase dure jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un an et comprend :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Suivi clinique lors de rendez-vous de routine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">R\u00e9p\u00e9tition des \u00e9valuations de la premi\u00e8re partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude afin d&rsquo;identifier d\u2019\u00e9ventuels changements au fil du temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Analyse de la sensibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle d&rsquo;analyse composite des changements de
