id=\"comment-le-droit-luxembourgeois-protege-t-il-les-animaux\"\n    >\nComment le droit luxembourgeois prot\u00e8ge-t-il les animaux ?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Agriculture dispose d&rsquo;une r\u00e9glementation stricte concernant l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;animaux \u00e0 des fins de recherche. La protection juridique des animaux de recherche est beaucoup plus \u00e9tendue que celle des animaux de compagnie, du b\u00e9tail ou de tout autre animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lois r\u00e9gissant la recherche scientifique utilisant des animaux sont \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/09\/Reglement-Grand-Ducal-du-11-janvier-2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le r\u00e8glement grand-ducal adopt\u00e9 en\u00a02013<\/a>, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/environment\/chemicals\/lab_animals\/legislation_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la directive europ\u00e9enne<\/a>. Elles comprennent des r\u00e8glements sur l&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement, l&rsquo;environnement, le bien-\u00eatre, les soins et la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;autorisation de travailler avec des animaux n&rsquo;est accord\u00e9e qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;accord du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Agriculture et du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9. Les projets sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s en mettant en balance les avantages du projet de recherche propos\u00e9 et le co\u00fbt probable pour le bien-\u00eatre des animaux. Le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Agriculture effectue des inspections non annonc\u00e9es pour v\u00e9rifier que les conditions d&rsquo;autorisation des projets sont respect\u00e9es et que des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es de bien-\u00eatre animal sont maintenues.
