Son \u00e9quipe \u00e9tudie les raisons de ce comportement et vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques qui permettront \u00e0 mieux comprendre la \u2018transition critique\u2019 de ces cellules nerveuses d\u2019un \u00e9tat sain \u00e0 un \u00e9tat malade.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette meilleure compr\u00e9hension des causes cellulaires de la maladie PD, les chercheurs esp\u00e8rent ouvrir de nouvelles avenues pour mettre au point des th\u00e9rapies pour les patients \u00e9pileptiques et parkinsoniens.
