{"id":111,"date":"2019-07-08T13:44:44","date_gmt":"2019-07-08T13:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/website.prod.unilu.spikeseed.cloud\/lcsb-fr\/news\/encore-deux-groupes-de-100-participants-pour-atteindre-lobjectif\/"},"modified":"2019-07-08T13:44:44","modified_gmt":"2019-07-08T13:44:44","slug":"encore-deux-groupes-de-100-participants-pour-atteindre-lobjectif","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/lcsb-fr\/news\/encore-deux-groupes-de-100-participants-pour-atteindre-lobjectif\/","title":{"rendered":"Encore deux groupes de 100 participants pour atteindre l\u2019objectif !"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-free-section section\"><div class=\"container xl:max-w-screen-xl\"><p>Derni\u00e8re ligne droite pour l\u2019\u00c9tude luxembourgeoise sur la maladie de Parkinson.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00c9tude luxembourgeoise sur la maladie de Parkinson, men\u00e9e par le <i>National Centre for Excellence on Research on Parkinson&rsquo;s Disease<\/i>, des participants, touch\u00e9s ou non par la maladie de Parkinson, acceptent que leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 soit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement suivi par des sp\u00e9cialistes de la maladie.<\/p><p>Ces volontaires participent \u00e0 des examens neurologiques qui permettent d\u2019analyser les mouvements, de tester l\u2019attention, la m\u00e9moire, le langage, la vision et l\u2019odorat. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de NCER-PD collecte aussi des \u00e9chantillons de sang, de salive et d\u2019urine. Les scientifiques utilisent ensuite les donn\u00e9es issues de ces examens r\u00e9guliers (une fois par an pour les patients et une fois tous les quatre ans pour les volontaires en bonne sant\u00e9) dans le but d\u2019identifier des biomarqueurs qui pourraient servir \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire l\u2019apparition de la maladie de Parkinson et \u00e0 la diagnostiquer plus t\u00f4t. Ces travaux de recherche devraient aussi \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019avanc\u00e9e vers des traitements innovants et individualis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Ce qui est important pour la recherche men\u00e9e au sein de NCER-PD, c\u2019est d\u2019\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique aux patients et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur qualit\u00e9 de vie, comme l\u2019explique le professeur Rejko Kr\u00fcger, coordinateur de l\u2019\u00e9tude\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Nous invitons la majorit\u00e9 des patients qui vivent au Luxembourg et dans la Grande R\u00e9gion \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude. Dans le futur, nous partagerons avec eux les r\u00e9sultats positifs obtenus comme par exemple de meilleures m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic ou de possibles nouveaux traitements.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"a-la-recherche-de-200-volontaires-atteints-ou-non-par-la-maladie\"\n    >\n\u00c0 la recherche de 200 volontaires, atteints ou non par la maladie<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis 2015, les diff\u00e9rents partenaires impliqu\u00e9s dans NCER-PD recrutent avec succ\u00e8s des participants. Environ 1400 personnes, atteintes ou non par la maladie, ont en effet d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rejoindre\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9tude. \u00ab\u00a0De la part de toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe, je souhaite exprimer notre gratitude \u00e0 tous ces volontaires\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb souligne le professeur Kr\u00fcger.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0D\u2019ici fin 2019, nous aimerions avoir recrut\u00e9 800 personnes dans chaque groupe, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un total de 1600 participants. Pour cette raison, nous esp\u00e9rons accueillir tr\u00e8s prochainement dans notre programme 100 nouveaux patients et 100 volontaires en bonne sant\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires.\u00a0\u00bb Ce nombre de participants est n\u00e9cessaire pour permettre aux scientifiques de tirer des conclusions \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es obtenues.
