investigating the molecular and cellular changes that affect neurons, glial cells, and their protein networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our research lies at the intersection of microscopy, chemical biology, and molecular neurobiology. We develop and apply advanced tools\u2014including super-resolution imaging, protein engineering, and bioorthogonal chemistry\u2014to visualise and manipulate proteins in live cells and tissues with molecular precision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Our work spans from studies at single-molecule resolution to the investigation of neurodegenerative processes, aiming to connect molecular changes to disease mechanisms and bridge basic neuroscience with translational research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Major focus areas include neuroinflammatory diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, with particular interest in the mechanisms driving oxidative stress and neuroinflammation-induced axonal injury.
