    The Biomedical Data Science group develops and applies statistical methods, graph-based algorithms and machine learning tools to study neurodegenerative diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n

      The Biomedical Data Science group creates algorithms and software tools to identify diagnostic biomarker signatures, investigate mechanistic pathway and network alterations in disease-related omics data for drug target prioritisation, and screen drug-like molecules for selected protein targets. Our applications focus on the integrative analysis of multimodal data for neurodegenerative disorders, using omics, clinical, imaging, and digital biomarker data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
