The Metabolomics, Lipidomics and Proteomics Platform at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) is a research infrastructure dedicated to the analysis of small molecules, lipids, and proteins in biological samples. The platform provides analytical services through access to advanced mass spectrometry and chromatography systems, validated workflows, and custom method development. The team supports research projects from experimental design and sample preparation to data acquisition and analysis, maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout. Through strong collaborations with academic and industrial partners, the platform advances metabolism and protein research and delivers high-quality, impactful results.
