id=\"die-teilnahme-an-der-ohvd-studie\"\n    >\nDie Teilnahme an der OHVD Studie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Teilnehmer werden eine Reihe von Untersuchungen durchf\u00fchren, darunter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vestibul\u00e4re Tests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Dix-Hallpike-Man\u00f6ver: Zur Erkennung eines posterioren oder anterioren benignen paroxysmalen Lagerungsschwindels (BPPV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Kopfroll-Test in R\u00fcckenlage: Zum Nachweis eines lateralen BPPV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Kardiovaskul\u00e4re \u00dcberwachung:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Kontinuierliche \u00dcberwachung von Blutdruck, Herzfrequenz und K\u00f6rperlage mit dem SOMNOtouch-Ger\u00e4t w\u00e4hrend vestibul\u00e4rer Man\u00f6ver und Lagever\u00e4nderungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Schellong-Test:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Manuelle Blutdruck- und Herzfrequenzmessung w\u00e4hrend eines Tests vom Liegen zum Stehen zur klinischen Beurteilung einer orthostatischen Hypotonie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Tests nach der Behandlung (f\u00fcr BPPV-Teilnehmer):<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Wiederholung der vestibul\u00e4ren Tests nach der Behandlung, um Ver\u00e4nderungen zu beurteilen und die Ergebnisse vor und nach der Behandlung zu vergleichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"studienteile\"\n    >\n<strong>Studienteile <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teil 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Basisbeurteilung wird w\u00e4hrend des ersten Besuchs in der Vertigo-Klinik des Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM) durchgef\u00fchrt und umfasst Folgendes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Unterzeichnung der Einwilligungserkl\u00e4rung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Durchf\u00fchrung der vestibul\u00e4ren Tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00dcberwachung des Blutdrucks, Herzfrequenz und K\u00f6rperhaltung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Klinische Bewertung der orthostatischen Hypotonie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teil 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Teil der Studie betrifft Teilnehmer mit gutartigem paroxysmalem Lagerungsschwindel (BPPV) die eine vestibul\u00e4re Behandlung durchlaufen und umfasst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Wiederholung vestibul\u00e4rer Tests zur Bewertung von Ver\u00e4nderungen der Symptome und kardiovaskul\u00e4ren Parameter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Vergleich der Ergebnisse vor und nach der Behandlung, um die Wirksamkeit der Intervention zu
