Schwindel oder Schw\u00e4che).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Personen, die mit der Parkinson-Krankheit leben und keine Symptome einer orthostatischen Hypotonie aufweisen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Teilnehmenden m\u00fcssen in der Lage sein, aufrecht zu stehen, um den Schellong-Test zu Hause durchf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"phasen-der-studie\"\n    >\n<strong>Phasen der Studie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Teilnahme an der Studie besteht aus zwei Phasen von jeweils etwa einer Woche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1:<\/strong> Auswahl und Erstuntersuchung in der Parkinson-Forschungsklinik:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Unterzeichnung der Einwilligungserkl\u00e4rung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Schellong-Test<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Klinische Beurteilung mit kardiovaskul\u00e4rem Monitoring unter Verwendung vom SOMNOtouch und des EmbracePlus von Empatica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Anleitung zur Verwendung des EmbracePlus-Armbandes zur selbst\u00e4ndigen Durchf\u00fchrung des Schellong-Tests im Rahmen der h\u00e4uslichen Nachbeobachtung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2:<\/strong> 7-t\u00e4gige Nachbeobachtungsphase zu Hause. Diese Phase umfasst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Tragen des Empatica EmbracePlus-Armbandes w\u00e4hrend des Tages.<ul><li>Zwei Schellong-Tests pro Tag (jeweils ca. 10 Minuten).<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">F\u00fchren eines Tagebuchs zur Dokumentation der zu Hause durchgef\u00fchrten Tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach diesen sieben Tagen werden die Teilnehmer gebeten, ihre Meinung \u00fcber die Benutzerfreundlichkeit des Empatica EmbracePlus Armbandes zu \u00e4u\u00dfern.
