id=\"so-schuetzt-das-luxemburger-recht-versuchstiere\"\n    >\nSo sch\u00fctzt das Luxemburger Recht Versuchstiere<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Das luxemburgische Landwirtschaftsministerium hat strenge Vorschriften f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Tieren in der Forschung. Der rechtliche Schutz f\u00fcr Versuchstiere \u00fcbersteigt bei Weitem den f\u00fcr Haus-, Nutz- oder sonstige Tiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gesetze zu Tierversuchen in der wissenschaftlichen Forschung sind im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/09\/Reglement-Grand-Ducal-du-11-janvier-2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e8glement grand-ducal festgehalten, die 2013<\/a> im Einklang mit der <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/environment\/chemicals\/lab_animals\/legislation_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Europ\u00e4ischen Richtlinie<\/a>&nbsp; erlassen wurde, und beinhalten Vorschriften zu Haltung, Umgebung, Wohlergehen, Pflege und Gesundheit von Versuchstieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zulassung zur Arbeit mit Tieren erfolgt nur mit Genehmigung des Landwirtschaftsministeriums. Die Projekte werden durch eine Abw\u00e4gung der Vorteile des geplanten Forschungsprojekts gegen die wahrscheinlichen Kosten zu Lasten des Wohlergehens der Tiere bewertet. Das Landwirtschaftsministerium kann unangek\u00fcndigte Inspektionen durchf\u00fchren, um die Einhaltung der Bedingungen der Projektgenehmigungen und der hohen Tierschutzstandards zu kontrollieren.
