class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Dr Gustavo Becker is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for European Law (LCEL). He is also a Research Fellow at UC Berkeley Law\u2019s Business in Society Institute, a guest lecturer at FGV Rio Law School, where he teaches the course &#8220;Multinational Corporation and Human Rights&#8221;, and a Visiting Researcher at the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"research\"\n    >\nResearch<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>His research focuses on business and human rights, sustainability regulations, international human rights law, and international dispute resolution. He was also awarded a full scholarship by the Curatorium of The Hague Academy of International Law to attend the Academy&#8217;s summer course on private international law, and the Carolyn Lamm full scholarship to pursue an LLM at the University of Miami.
