the Luxembourg Centre for European Law, University of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"research\"\n    >\nResearch<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Her research lies at the intersection of EU administrative law, EU constitutional and human rights law, and EU tax law, with a particular focus on procedural rights, judicial protection, and accountability in EU administrative cooperation. <br>Her doctoral research examined taxpayers\u2019 participatory rights in exchange-of-information procedures under EU law, adopting a doctrinal and comparative approach and drawing on insights from EU competition and criminal law. She has presented her research at international conferences and workshops related to EU law, tax law, comparative law and human rights law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"teaching\"\n    >\nTeaching<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Aikaterini has taught EU Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Competition Law at the University of Oxford. She has acted as convenor of the Oxford EU Law Discussion Group and has co-organised various research forums, workshops and mini-symposia bringing together scholars working in EU law.
