St\u00e9phane Rousseau is Full Professor at the University of Montr\u00e9al’s Faculty of Law where he teaches corporate law, corporate governance and securities regulation. He is also affiliated professor with the department of finance of HEC Montr\u00e9al. President of the Quebec Observatory on securities regulation, he is the author and coauthor of numerous publications including Droit des valeurs mobili\u00e8res (\u00c9d. Th\u00e9mis 2023), Business Law and Economics (Elgar, 2021) Analyse \u00e9conomique du droit, (3rd ed., Dalloz\/\u00c9d. Th\u00e9mis, 2021) and Droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s par actions (4th ed., \u00c9d. Th\u00e9mis 2018). Professor Rousseau teaches financial markets regulation as visiting professor at l\u2019\u00c9cole de droit de la Sorbonne and Universit\u00e9 du Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
