The Fundaci\u00f3n Tatiana P\u00e9rez judgment and its implication"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-free-section section\"><div class=\"container xl:max-w-screen-xl\">\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/curia.europa.eu\/jcms\/jcms\/j_6\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Court of Justice of the European Union<\/a> was led, to once again, re-examine its Meroni doctrine in the context of the Fundaci\u00f3n Tatiana P\u00e9rez decision it delivered last June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This presentation will attempt to define where we stand after this judgement as regards the delegation of powers to agencies. She was previously a Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Individual Fellow at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencespo.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sciences Po Paris <\/a>(Law School, IMPACTEBU Project), an Assistant Professor of European Law at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maastrichtuniversity.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maastricht University<\/a> and at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uu.nl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Utrecht University<\/a>, and a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow in Law at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eui.eu\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European University Institute of Florence<\/a>, Italy.<br>Her research focuses on the Economic and Monetary Union and especially the Banking Union, as well as on Parliaments in the EU.
