As more than a decade has elapsed since the calls for reform of the system first emerged, Meg Kinnear will take stock of the reform efforts and outcomes to date, assessing whether too much or too little has been done and whether we are on the right track.<br>Following the keynote, a panel discussion will delve into the critical requirement of control and ownership of foreign investors in investment arbitration.
