mathematics and the issue of gender representation in scientific careers. They engage in discussions with professional mathematicians, discover hidden aspects of the discipline, and break down the stereotypes that connect gender with STEM.<br><br>Why a day specifically for girls? From an early age, girls are exposed to false ideas (stereotypes) and gendered behaviours that, sometimes in a subtle way, steer them away from mathematics (and technical disciplines).
