in the Scanning Probe Microscopy Lab, at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/research-departments\/department-of-physics-materials-science\/\">Department of Physics and Materials Science<\/a> of the University of Luxembourg. He is a member of the group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/research-groups\/surface-interface-physics\">Surface &amp; Interface Physics<\/a> led by Professor Alex Redinger.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"research\"\n    >\nResearch<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Evandro\u2019s research specializes in the nano-characterization of solar cells, using advanced microscopy and spectroscopy techniques to analyze and optimize their electrical, optical, and structural properties. His study is focused on the investigation of grain boundaries and interfaces of Cu(In,Ga)Se<sub>2<\/sub> and perovskites.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"work-experience\"\n    >\nWork experience<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Evandro worked as a technician at the Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano) from 2012 to 2018, where he gained extensive knowledge of numerous tools and processes commonly used in thin-film research, including XPS, AFM, SEM, APT, and SIMS. He also developed exceptional expertise in ultra-high vacuum technologies and built a versatile background through collaborations with researchers from diverse fields such as physics, chemistry, and biology.
