href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/research-groups\/experimental-soft-matter-physics\/\">Experimental Soft Matter Physics Group<\/a> of Professor Jan Lagerwall within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/research-departments\/department-of-physics-materials-science\/\">Department of Physics and Materials Science<\/a> at the University of Luxembourg. He is funded by a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action Postdoctoral Fellowship (TECHSTILE).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"research\"\n    >\nResearch<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>His current research deals with fibers incorporating technology and sensors based on liquid crystals and liquid armor. Interests also include liquid crystal-based sensing in general and the self-assembly behavior of supramolecular complexes. He has further supervised and taught laboratory and theory courses at Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s levels (General Chemistry 1 and 2, Introductory Thermodynamics, Electricity and Magnetism,
