The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) is pleased to announce the launch of two new scholarships for prospective Master\u2019s students in Engineering: the Fernand Spirckel Scholarship<\/em> and the Sunflower Seeds ASBL Scholarship<\/em>. With this initiative, the Faculty is expanding its support fortalented students and, for the first time, introduces a scholarship to encourage women to pursue engineering studies, aiming for more diversity in the field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications are open until 31 May 2026. <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\nFernand Spirckel Scholarship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Made possible thanks to the contribution of Ms Anne-Marie Spirckel-Albig, the Fernand Spirckel Scholarship offers financial support of \u20ac11,875 per academic year, for up to two years, to each selected student. Established in honour of her late husband, a Luxembourgish engineer who was committed to supporting future generations in the engineering profession, the scholarship reflects his enduring dedication to the field.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
