It proposes a hybrid framework combining classical and quantum-resistant techniques, validated through sector-specific use cases in finance, healthcare, smart cities, and satellite networks. The University of Luxembourg's contributions are essential in ensuring the project's success in enhancing financial security and regulatory compliance through innovative cryptographic techniques. We lead the design of a secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC) architecture for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terror Financing (ATF). Our protocols will enable regulatory bodies to analyze suspicious financial patterns in sensitive datasets across financial institutions, maintaining data privacy by preventing direct access to an institution\u2018s dataset. This also includes an updatable, tamper-proof audit trail featuring post-quantum signatures, supporting regulatory review and compliance with the European AML directives and the Payment Services Directive (PSD2).","rp_start_date":"2025-11-01 07:33:00","rp_duration":36,"rp_main_funder":"European Commission","rp_other_funders":[],"rp_external_partners":["SOUTH EAST TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY","AGENCIA ESTATAL CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS","POLITECNICO DI TORINO","TOSHIBA EUROPE LIMITED","INSTYTUT INFORMATYKI TEORETYCZNEJ ISTOSOWANEJ POLSKIEJ AKADEMII NAUK","LOGIICDEV GMBH","UNIVERSITY COLLEGE CORK - NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF IRELAND, CORK","FRAUNHOFER GESELLSCHAFT ZUR FORDERUNG DER ANGEWANDTEN FORSCHUNG EV"],"rp_keywords":["Post-quantum cryptography","FinTech","RegTech","Cybersecurity Resilience","Data Privacy and Integrity"],"rp_members":[{"name":"Andy RUPP","isPI":true,"isExternal":false,"featuredImageUrl":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/en\/person-image\/NTAwMzYzNzdfX0FuZHkgUlVQUA==","detailsPageUrl":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/people\/andy-rupp\/","id":"50036377"}]},"research-project-status":[275],"research-project-type":[268],"field-of-interest":[4],"organisation":[31,29],"authorship":[51],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/core-researches\/39027"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/core-researches"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/core-researches"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/51"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/core-researches\/39027\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":39061,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/core-researches\/39027\/revisions\/39061"}],"wp:authorship":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/51"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/39060"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=39027"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"research-project-status","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/research-project-status?post=39027"},{"taxonomy":"research-project-type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/research-project-type?post=39027"},{"taxonomy":"field-of-interest","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/field-of-interest?post=39027"},{"taxonomy":"organisation","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fstm-en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/organisation?post=39027"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
