expansion of European hydrogen consumption in industry and mobility will require vastly increased production of green hydrogen, more than can realistically be produced using existing electrolyser and renewable-energy resources. To fill this gap, very substantial imports of green hydrogen are required and this will likely be achieved using a chemical hydrogen carrier such as ammonia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
