Developing novel therapeutic approaches against cancer

Our research is focused on the major oncogene RAS. We study how RAS isoforms fundamentally drive stemness during development and in cancer. To this end, we investigate intracellular trafficking of RAS and its plasma membrane organisation in nanoclusters. We actively explore novel drug targeting opportunities of RAS-driven stemness in cancer cells.
