{"id":1759,"date":"2022-04-21T11:45:56","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T11:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/website.prod.unilu.spikeseed.cloud\/fr\/news\/epstan-nidentifie-pas-de-deterioration-des-competences\/"},"modified":"2024-06-21T11:29:30","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T09:29:30","slug":"epstan-nidentifie-pas-de-deterioration-des-competences","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fr\/news\/epstan-nidentifie-pas-de-deterioration-des-competences\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9pStan n\u2019identifie pas de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des comp\u00e9tences"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-free-section section\"><div class=\"container xl:max-w-screen-xl\">\n<p>L\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Luxembourg et le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education, de l\u2019Enfance et de la Jeunesse (MENJE) ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019outil de monitoring scolaire <i>\u00c9preuves Standardis\u00e9es<\/i> (\u00c9pStan) de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00c9pStan 2021 permettent un aper\u00e7u de la mani\u00e8re dont la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et les mesures de protection et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie ont affect\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences scolaires d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019enseignement fondamental et secondaire au Luxembourg pendant l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire 2020\/2021. Les conclusions principales de l\u2019\u00e9tude coordonn\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/wwwfr.uni.lu\/recherche\/fhse\/lucet\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">LUCET<\/a>&nbsp;(Luxembourg Centre for Educational Testing de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Luxembourg) sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les r\u00e9sultats des \u00c9pStan 2021 n\u2019identifient pas de tendance n\u00e9gative syst\u00e9matique qui indiquerait une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des comp\u00e9tences en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral chez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019enseignement fondamental et secondaire au Luxembourg&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">\u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, les comp\u00e9tences en compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019oral en allemand chez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du cycle 3.1 semblent s\u2019\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es apr\u00e8s les pertes observ\u00e9es pour 2020. Une image plus nuanc\u00e9e se d\u00e9gage cependant si l\u2019on consid\u00e8re les \u00e9l\u00e8ves suivant les groupes linguistiques&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les comp\u00e9tences en compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019\u00e9crit en allemand se sont d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es, tant au niveau de l\u2019enseignement fondamental qu\u2019au secondaire. Au cycle 4.1., cette baisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ind\u00e9pendamment du statut socio-\u00e9conomique et des langues parl\u00e9es \u00e0 la maison. Au niveau du secondaire (5<sup>e<\/sup>), les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019Enseignement Secondaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral (ESG) et de l\u2019Enseignement Secondaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u2013 Voie de Pr\u00e9paration (ESG-VP) sont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s par cette baisse&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 semble accentuer les diff\u00e9rences d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes entre les \u00e9l\u00e8ves favoris\u00e9s et d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur base de ces observations, les champs d\u2019action suivants peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9gag\u00e9s&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">La compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019oral en allemand devrait \u00eatre promue de mani\u00e8re (encore) plus diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e au niveau du fondamental&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019\u00e9crit en allemand devraient \u00eatre promues de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au niveau du fondamental et du secondaire&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">En outre, une attention particuli\u00e8re devrait \u00eatre port\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 risque dans le syst\u00e8me scolaire avant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, car ils semblent \u00eatre plus impact\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie au niveau scolaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude se basent sur les donn\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentatives d&rsquo;environ 23 000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de cinq niveaux diff\u00e9rents de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole fondamentale et secondaire, 15 000 parents ou tuteurs (\u00e9cole fondamentale uniquement) ainsi que sur les donn\u00e9es comparatives de 183 000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole fondamentale et secondaire (2014 \u00e0 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, les r\u00e9sultats des \u00c9pStan de l\u2019automne 2020 avaient fourni une premi\u00e8re base de donn\u00e9es empiriques compl\u00e8te sur les six premiers mois de pand\u00e9mie (du printemps \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2020).
