The workshop includes exercises that challenge the participants to make critical investments in working capital, focusing on four core supply chain elements: inventory, capital operating equipment, payables and receivables.<\/p><p><strong>Seminar fees<\/strong>: 1650 \u20ac, LCL partner discount available<\/p><p>The course fees cover participation in the two-day programme, which includes teaching materials and lunch and breaks. Rice<\/h3>\n<p>Deputy Director, MIT Center for Transportation &#038; Logistics<\/p><p>Director, Integrated Supply Chain Management Program<\/p><p>Director, Supply Chain Exchange Program<\/p><p>Jim Rice joined the MIT Center for Transportation &#038; Logistics (MIT CTL) in 1995 and he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Center in 2007.\u00a0 In this capacity he oversees several research and outreach programs, MIT CTL Executive Education Programs and outreach marketing activities. Jim serves as the Director of the MIT Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) Program, a collaborative research consortium with industry sponsors. As part of these roles, Jim works with industry sponsors to develop research projects and educational and knowledge sharing events for the sponsors.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"anne-lange\"\n    >\nAnne Lange<\/h3>\n<p>Associate Professor, Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL)<\/p><p>Anne Lange is an Associate Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of Luxembourg. Her research interests are in transportation, network analysis and supply chain finance. She enjoys to conduct research in cooperation with industry and has done so for example with DB Schenker, DHL and Lufthansa Cargo.<\/p><p>Prior to joining the LCL, Anne Lange was an Assistant Professor endowed by DB Schenker at TU Darmstadt.
