Indeed, most magnetic structures \u2212 motifs of dipole moments \u2212 are derived from neutron Bragg diffraction patterns. Julian Schwinger launched studies in 1937 by proving that neutrons are deflected by magnetic dipole moments. Eight decades later, Dirac multipoles have been shown to deflect neutrons, and the conjecture has been confirmed by neutron Bragg diffraction from a ceramic (high Tc) superconductor.<\/p><p><strong>About the speaker<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"ulux-list\"><li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Degrees: B.
