    Science Slams: a decade of making science entertaining and accessible

    Scientists will use (almost) every trick to make their research entertaining and lure you in, especially when they can win a prize. During previous editions of Luxembourg’s Science Slam they tried rap songs, live experiments and flying lemons – making science entertaining and accessible for the public in only 10 minutes. How will the six selected scientists compete during the 10th edition on 26 September when taking the stage of the KuFa in Esch-sur-Alzette?

    AI model unlocks simulations of large biomolecules with quantum accuracy

    A new machine learning model able bridges gaps to simulate large and complex biological molecules with quantum-mechanical accuracy. This precise modelling of for instance proteins, DNA or cell membranes could speed up drug discovery and advance understanding of molecular biology.

Admission applications to the study programmes for the 2025-2026 academic year can be submitted as of 1 February 2025. The admission application for the 2025/2026 academic year is now closed for non-EU candidates. EU candidates can still apply for select study programmes.
