\u00e9valuation au 21e si\u00e8cle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monde contemporain est marqu\u00e9 par des changements rapides qui affectent les mod\u00e8les de gouvernance politique, les mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques ainsi que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble. Dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, cela s\u2019exemplifie par l\u2019av\u00e8nement de l\u2019intelligence artificielle ou encore par l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019\u00e9cologies d\u2019apprentissage innovantes. Ces changements, cens\u00e9s am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement et par cons\u00e9quent de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, produisent parfois des effets contraires, voire pervers. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses personnes dans le champ de l\u2019\u00e9ducation se sentent impuissantes face \u00e0 ces changements radicaux et parfois abrupts. Elles s&rsquo;interrogent sur la pertinence de ces changements et sur la mani\u00e8re de les int\u00e9grer dans leurs pratiques \u00e9valuatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partant de ce constat, le colloque examinera une diversit\u00e9 de syst\u00e8mes, de dispositifs et d\u2019outils innovants\u202f: intelligences artificielles, plateformes d\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance et syst\u00e8mes hybrides, open-badges, micro-cr\u00e9dits ou encore \u00e9valuation des soft skills. La mani\u00e8re dont ils peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les processus p\u00e9dagogiques sera notamment mise en discussion. Nous avons identifi\u00e9 cinq domaines majeurs touch\u00e9s par ces changements :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les technologies au service de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les innovations en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation dans l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Les innovations en \u00e9valuation dans l\u2019orientation, la s\u00e9lection, la formation et l\u2019insertion professionnelle.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">La conciliation de la qualit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans la gestion des publics h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">La r\u00e9gulation des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et scientifiques.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le th\u00e8me du colloque et les axes de travail sont ainsi \u00e9troitement align\u00e9s sur les pr\u00e9occupations de la recherche en \u00e9ducation de ce d\u00e9but du 21e si\u00e8cle<\/strong>. Une tension se fait jour entre la recherche d\u2019exploitation du potentiel de ces technologies (consid\u00e9rant le caract\u00e8re de l\u2019outil comme incontournable) et la crainte des \u00e9cueils \u00e9thiques et des effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res de ces technologies (tricherie, diminution de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ou de l\u2019effort personnel). L\u2019\u00e9valuation est remise en question dans ses modalit\u00e9s, mais aussi dans ses objets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans cet axe, des questions vari\u00e9es pourraient \u00eatre trait\u00e9es, telles que\u202f: Comment les avanc\u00e9es technologiques impactent-elles les pratiques \u00e9valuatives et les pratiques estudiantines ? Comment devrait-on int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re \u00e9thique les avanc\u00e9es technologiques dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation ? Comment \u00e9viter que ces technologies ne contribuent \u00e0 tricher ? Tous ces changements ont transform\u00e9 l\u2019environnement d\u2019apprentissage techno-p\u00e9dagogique et traditionnel en une \u00e9cologie d\u2019apprentissage hybride. Par ailleurs, des changements radicaux dans les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques sont survenus \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Si l&rsquo;enseignement \u00e0 distance est devenu en quelques jours la nouvelle norme, force est de constater que l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation en ligne pose des probl\u00e8mes importants en mati\u00e8re de cadre conceptuel et institutionnel, d&rsquo;outils, de validit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ainsi, contre toute attente, les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation dans les apprentissages hybrides ou essentiellement \u00e0 distance sont plus que jamais d\u2019actualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9volutions r\u00e9centes de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sous quelles conditions les technologies peuvent-elles \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes de formation hybrides pour \u00e9valuer les apprentissages et la qualit\u00e9 des enseignements&nbsp;? Quelle probl\u00e9matique \u00e9valuative pose une \u00e9cologie d\u2019apprentissage hybride&nbsp;? L\u2019impact de la crise sanitaire a remodel\u00e9 brutalement notre monde du travail. Chacun.e a d\u00fb se r\u00e9inventer, faire preuve d\u2019adaptation et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9. Ce contexte ins\u00e9curisant, provoquant un repli sur nous-m\u00eames, a \u00e9galement engendr\u00e9, par r\u00e9action, un besoin renforc\u00e9 de mise en r\u00e9seau, de coop\u00e9ration et de contacts sociaux. Ceci est d\u2019autant plus important pour les personnes plus fragilis\u00e9es socialement comme les personnes en recherche d\u2019emploi et les adultes en formation peu qualifi\u00e9s. La mise en \u00e9vidence du concept de \u00ab soft skills \u00bb a renforc\u00e9 les besoins d\u2019une \u00e9valuation et d\u2019une reconnaissance r\u00e9pondant aux crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 suffisants pour \u00e9tayer des d\u00e9cisions prises au sujet des personnes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des soft skills, le recours aux open badges et aux microcr\u00e9dits sont aujourd\u2019hui des pr\u00e9occupations majeures tant dans le monde de la formation professionnelle que dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Comment ces concepts et outils innovants peuvent-ils \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s aux formations pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;insertion sociale et professionnelle des apprenants&nbsp;? Cette notion est aujourd\u2019hui mobilis\u00e9e par une multitude d\u2019acteurs dont les vis\u00e9es sont diverses. Notamment, la qualit\u00e9 est un param\u00e8tre incontournable dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019enseignement pour tenir compte de publics de plus en plus h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Solliciter des indices sur cette qualit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des publics en formation offre un potentiel de progr\u00e8s p\u00e9dagogique et ainsi un soutien au d\u00e9veloppement des apprentissages, voire \u00e0 la lutte contre les \u00e9checs et abandons de formation. Au niveau de la gestion des syst\u00e8mes de formation, les d\u00e9marches qualit\u00e9 permettent d\u2019assurer des prestations r\u00e9pondant aux besoins des publics et aux objectifs politiques. Dans un monde d\u2019\u00abaccountability&nbsp;\u00bb, la qualit\u00e9 est ainsi un sujet d\u2019\u00e9tude incontournable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Parmi les questions qui pourraient \u00eatre abord\u00e9es dans cet axe, mentionnons&nbsp;: comment \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de publics h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes&nbsp;? Comment les r\u00e9sultats de ce type de dispositifs d\u2019\u00e9valuation peuvent-ils \u00eatre exploit\u00e9s \u00e0 un niveau micro par les enseignants ou \u00e0 un niveau macro par les pouvoirs organisateurs de l\u2019enseignement pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n<p>Un constat analogue peut \u00eatre dress\u00e9 quant aux r\u00e9gulations des productions scientifiques. De nouveaux mod\u00e8les de publication en sciences humaines ont vu le jour ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, qui remettent en question des pratiques traditionnelles (sciences ouvertes, arbitrages \u00ab&nbsp;non aveugles&nbsp;\u00bb, publications rapides \u2026). \u00c0 l\u2019heure des revues pr\u00e9datrices, comment mettre \u00e0 profit ces nouveaux mod\u00e8les pour maintenir et renforcer la qualit\u00e9 des productions scientifiques&nbsp;?<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"py-0 wp-block-unilux-blocks-free-section section\"><div class=\"container xl:max-w-screen-xl\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"reseaux-thematiques\"\n    >\nR<strong>\u00e9seaux th\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux th\u00e9matiques s\u2019inscrivent dans des objectifs de prospective scientifique. Il s\u2019agit de promouvoir la recherche en \u00e9valuation au plan international en tenant compte des mutations des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, des \u00e9volutions des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et de
