Ce qui se vit hors ligne se prolonge en ligne, et inversement, avec toutes les dynamiques constructives, les opportunit\u00e9s, mais aussi les risques que cette continuit\u00e9 peut engendrer.<br>Le Rapport sur la Jeunesse 2025 met en lumi\u00e8re cette transformation profonde et ses implications pour les 12\u201329 ans.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publi\u00e9 tous les cinq ans par l\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 du Luxembourg<\/strong> en partenariat avec le <strong>Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, de l\u2019Enfance et de la Jeunesse (MENJE)<\/strong>, ce rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire du <strong>Centre for Childhood and Youth Research (CCY)<\/strong>. Il propose une analyse approfondie de la situation des jeunes hors ligne et en ligne, en abordant des th\u00e9matiques telles que le bien-\u00eatre, la participation, les relations sociales, l\u2019IA et l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le num\u00e9rique n\u2019est plus un simple outil : il fa\u00e7onne le quotidien des jeunes. Les \u00e9changes familiaux se poursuivent sur messagerie, les devoirs passent par des plateformes en ligne, les amiti\u00e9s s\u2019entretiennent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les loisirs se vivent autant sur \u00e9cran qu\u2019en face-\u00e0-face. Les interactions physiques restent essentielles mais coexistent d\u00e9sormais avec le num\u00e9rique. Et si cette continuit\u00e9 participe au sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de reconnaissance sociale, elle peut \u00e9galement devenir addictive et chronophage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"le-rapport-au-temps-et-une-vulnerabilite-accrue-pour-les-12-15-ans\"\n    >\nLe rapport au temps et une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 accrue pour les 12-15 ans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les constats marquants figure un rapport au temps profond\u00e9ment transform\u00e9. La connectivit\u00e9 permanente et l\u2019usage des r\u00e9seaux sociaux cr\u00e9ent un sentiment d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et de pression, rendant la d\u00e9connexion plus difficile. Passer autant de temps en ligne expose particuli\u00e8rement les adolescents de 12 \u00e0 15 ans \u00e0 des risques tels que le cyberharc\u00e8lement, les usages probl\u00e9matiques ou les contacts ind\u00e9sirables, alors que leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019autor\u00e9gulation est encore en construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"inegalites-persistantes-et-bien-etre-en-baisse\"\n    >\nIn\u00e9galit\u00e9s persistantes et bien-\u00eatre en baisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame connect\u00e9s, tous les jeunes ne partent pas du m\u00eame point. L\u2019acc\u00e8s au num\u00e9rique et la mani\u00e8re dont il est utilis\u00e9 varient fortement selon les ressources, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019environnement familial, fa\u00e7onnant les opportunit\u00e9s r\u00e9elles dans la vie quotidienne. Les filles et jeunes femmes sont particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9es \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives en ligne (messages sexuels, contacts inappropri\u00e9s, violations de limites dans les jeux vid\u00e9o, etc.) r\u00e9v\u00e9lant l\u2019impact des normes sociales et des rapports de genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces diff\u00e9rences vont de pair avec un d\u00e9clin du bien-\u00eatre : un quart des jeunes se sentent mal ou stress\u00e9s et les troubles psychosomatiques, surtout chez les jeunes femmes, sont en hausse depuis 2019. Le statut socio-\u00e9conomique, l\u2019\u00e2ge et le sexe restent les facteurs qui influencent le plus le bien-\u00eatre, montrant que le num\u00e9rique amplifie les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es mettent \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re des dynamiques inverses, certains jeunes en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique ou sociale utilisent les outils num\u00e9riques comme un levier pour compenser ces d\u00e9savantages. Applications d\u2019apprentissage linguistique, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des ressources \u00e9ducatives en ligne ou nouvelles formes de sociabilit\u00e9 : pour eux, le num\u00e9rique peut devenir un pont, une opportunit\u00e9 de renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019\u00e9largir leurs horizons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"famille-et-amis-des-piliers-dans-un-monde-connecte\"\n    >\nFamille et amis : des piliers dans un monde connect\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que ces constats soul\u00e8vent des inqui\u00e9tudes et que certains pays europ\u00e9ens, comme la France, renforcent progressivement la r\u00e9gulation du num\u00e9rique pour prot\u00e9ger les jeunes, il existe aussi des aspects encourageants. Les principaux r\u00e9seaux de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re digitale restent les pairs, qui jouent un r\u00f4le central dans le sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de reconnaissance. La famille conserve \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le central, notamment pour les plus jeunes, en apportant stabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9silience face aux d\u00e9fis d\u2019un quotidien de plus en plus connect\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de jeunes identifient les risques, expriment leurs pr\u00e9occupations et tentent de mettre en place des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019auto-r\u00e9gulation. Mais dans un univers o\u00f9 les interactions sociales passent largement par les \u00e9crans, se d\u00e9connecter peut aussi signifier s\u2019exclure. Cette crainte de manquer quelque chose, le \u00ab&nbsp;Fear of Missing Out (FoMO)&nbsp;\u00bb illustre toute l\u2019ambivalence d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui cherche l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre connexion et protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"comment-soutenir-les-jeunes\"\n    >\nComment soutenir les jeunes ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les aider \u00e0 s\u2019y retrouver, il est crucial de proposer des outils \u00e9ducatifs clairs et accessibles, mais aussi de soutenir les parents avec des rep\u00e8res concrets pour encadrer sans \u00e9touffer. Les espaces s\u00fbrs et inclusifs doivent se multiplier, notamment pour les filles et les jeunes issus de milieux moins favoris\u00e9s, souvent plus expos\u00e9s aux risques en ligne. Enfin, donner aux jeunes les moyens de s&rsquo;exprimer, d&rsquo;agir et de participer activement, en particulier aux d\u00e9cisions qui les concernent, renforce leur confiance et leur efficacit\u00e9 personnelle, leur donne le sentiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre pris au s\u00e9rieux et valorise leurs connaissances et leurs exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ce rapport de plus de 260 pages repose sur un dispositif de recherche multim\u00e9thodes combinant, sur la p\u00e9riode 2023\u20132025, des enqu\u00eates repr\u00e9sentatives (<strong>Youth Survey Luxembourg<\/strong>), des \u00e9tudes qualitatives ainsi que des analyses de donn\u00e9es secondaires. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le rapport est publi\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement en allemand et en fran\u00e7ais.
