Gerade im Bereich der Blockchain- Technologie, die \u00fcber den Einsatz sogenannter smart contracts neue &#8211; automatisierte, dezentrale und personalisierte &#8211; Gesellschaftsstrukturen zu schaffen verspricht, trifft man auf Konzeptionen von Recht und Subjektivit\u00e4t, die von jeglicher K\u00f6rperlichkeit und Materialit\u00e4t losgesagt sind.
