Elle a publi\u00e9 plusieurs recueils, parus&nbsp;en auto\u00e9dition&nbsp;: le premier, paru en 2019, s\u2019intitule <em>Poison gu\u00e9risseur<\/em>. Le second, paru en 2020 et intitul\u00e9 <em>2020<\/em>, prend pour sujet la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Paru en 2022 et \u00e9crit \u00e0 deux voix avec la po\u00e9tesse Marie-Pierre Antoine, <em>Le miroir r\u00e9pond<\/em> fait dialoguer deux conceptions de l\u2019amour, de la sensualit\u00e9 et de la f\u00e9minit\u00e9. L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, Laila Adami publie <em>Origami<\/em> (2023)&nbsp;; en 2025, elle a fait para\u00eetre un nouveau recueil, <em>In fine<\/em>, contenant des po\u00e8mes \u00e9crits lors de ses voyages en Irlande, en Tunisie et au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, elle publie deux autres recueils,&nbsp;<em>La Loi blanche<\/em>  (1975) et&nbsp;<em>Mon corps \u00e0 deux<\/em>  (1978). Les ann\u00e9es 1980 la voient signer des textes pour des livres d\u2019artistes&nbsp;: <em>Clair de toile<\/em>  (1982), o\u00f9 son texte accompagne les dessins de Robert Brandy, <em>Po\u00e8mes<\/em>  (1984) et <em>Au large de tes yeux <\/em> (1985), o\u00f9 il dialogue avec des gravures de Sus Hierzig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne Berger publie \u00e9galement des po\u00e8mes dans des revues litt\u00e9raires luxembourgeoises (<em>Les Pages de la SELF<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Arts et lettres<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Proscenium, nos cahiers<\/em>) et belges (<em>La  Dryade<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Triangle<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Le Thyrse<\/em>,&nbsp;<em> Le Journal des po\u00e8tes<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Odradek<\/em>), ainsi que dans la revue fran\u00e7aise&nbsp;<em>Po\u00e9sie pr\u00e9sente<\/em>. Ses po\u00e8mes se voient publi\u00e9s d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1970 dans des p\u00e9riodiques luxembourgeois (dont <em>Arts et Lettres<\/em>, <em>Estuaires<\/em>, <em>nos cahiers<\/em>, <em>Les Nouvelles Pages de la SELF<\/em>), belges (<em>Triangle<\/em>, <em>Espace<\/em> et <em>Pollen d\u2019azur<\/em>) et fran\u00e7ais (<em>Europe<\/em>, <em>Or\u00e9e<\/em>, <em>Vagabondages<\/em>), mais aussi suisses et canadiens. Gage de reconnaissance, plusieurs des po\u00e8mes de Jos\u00e9 Ensch sont d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1980 repris dans des anthologies, dont <em>Les \u00c9l\u00e9ments des po\u00e8tes<\/em> (Paris, 1990), <em>Pays cl\u00e9ment dans la fureur des vagues <\/em>(Luxembourg, 1993) et <em>Le Si\u00e8cle des femmes&nbsp;<\/em>(Bruxelles, Echternach, 2000). <em>L\u2019Arbre  <\/em>(1984), premier de ses huit recueils de po\u00e9sie, para\u00eet dans la collection bibliophile des \u00e9ditions Galerie Simoncini. Ses autres recueils para\u00eetront respectivement aux \u00e9ditions La Librairie bleue, bas\u00e9es en France, \u00e0 Troyes (<em>Le Profil et les Ombres<\/em>), puis au Luxembourg, chez Phi (<em>Dans les cages du vent&nbsp;<\/em>; <em>L\u2019Aiguille aveugle<\/em>) et Estuaires (<em>Pr\u00e9delles pour un tableau \u00e0 venir<\/em>&nbsp;; <em>Les Fa\u00e7ades<\/em>). Jos\u00e9 Ensch a donc adopt\u00e9 elle aussi une trajectoire \u00e9ditoriale itin\u00e9rante, mais qui se joue selon des modalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes que dans le cas d\u2019Anise Koltz, avec notamment une pr\u00e9sence moindre sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme Anise Koltz, Jos\u00e9 Ensch aura pratiqu\u00e9 tous les aspects de la cr\u00e9ation litt\u00e9raire et jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le actif et majeur dans la vie culturelle et litt\u00e9raire du Grand-Duch\u00e9. En 1985, elle participe avec Henri Blaise au VIII<sup>e<\/sup> Congr\u00e8s de la <em>World Organization for Poets<\/em> \u00e0 Corfou. Elle fait \u00e9galement partie en 1986 du premier comit\u00e9 de lecture de la revue <em>Estuaires<\/em> avec entre autres Nic Klecker et Rosemarie Kieffer. On lui doit de nombreux contes, r\u00e9cits ou nouvelles, des analyses critiques, des chroniques et essais litt\u00e9raires, des r\u00e9cits de voyage, et une trag\u00e9die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi ses \u0153uvres les plus connues figurent <em>Alchimie et toute-puissance. Essai sur l\u2019esth\u00e9tique litt\u00e9raire de L\u00e9on Bopp<\/em>  (1959) et <em>Un chat noir \u00e0 Galway <\/em> (1965). N\u00e9e en 1928, elle<strong> <\/strong>\u00e9crit d\u2019abord en allemand, publiant entre 1953 et 1973 une s\u00e9rie de nouvelles, mais aussi plusieurs recueils de po\u00e9sie&nbsp;; en 1966, elle publie \u00e0 Paris, dans la prestigieuse collection bilingue <em>Autour du monde<\/em> dirig\u00e9e par Pierre Seghers, un recueil intitul\u00e9 <em>Le Cirque du soleil<\/em>. Le v\u00e9ritable tournant dans sa cr\u00e9ation survient toutefois apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de son \u00e9poux, en 1971, des suites des mauvais traitements subis de la part de l\u2019occupant allemand durant la Deuxi\u00e8me Guerre mondiale. Anise Koltz se d\u00e9tourne alors de la langue allemande, choisissant de poursuivre son \u0153uvre en fran\u00e7ais et d\u2019alterner pour la publication \u00e9diteurs luxembourgeois (principalement les \u00e9ditions Phi) et fran\u00e7ais (Seghers, Arfuyen, Belfond).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Aur\u00e9ol\u00e9e d\u2019une renomm\u00e9e internationale, membre de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Mallarm\u00e9 et de l\u2019Institut Grand-Ducal des Arts et des Lettres, elle cr\u00e9e les Journ\u00e9es litt\u00e9raires de Mondorf, lesquelles donnent lieu \u00e0 des anthologies dont elle est la co\u00e9ditrice, participe \u00e0 de nombreux festivals de po\u00e9sie (dont le Printemps des Po\u00e8tes et le Poetry Parnassus, en Angleterre), publie des po\u00e8mes et des r\u00e9cits de voyage dans de nombreux p\u00e9riodiques et revues litt\u00e9raires, au Grand-Duch\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Surtout, elle devient le premier \u00e9crivain luxembourgeois \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la prestigieuse collection \u00ab&nbsp;Po\u00e9sie&nbsp;\u00bb chez Gallimard, qui publie en 2016 une anthologie de son \u0153uvre po\u00e9tique sous le titre <em>Somnambule du jour<\/em>. Deux ans plus tard, elle re\u00e7oit le prix Goncourt de la po\u00e9sie pour l\u2019ensemble de son \u0153uvre, autre cons\u00e9cration. <\/p>\n\n<p>Anise Koltz embrasse par son parcours toutes les facettes de la litt\u00e9rature, de la cr\u00e9ation litt\u00e9raire \u00e0 la critique&nbsp;; fortement pr\u00e9sente dans les institutions qui font exister la litt\u00e9rature dans l\u2019espace social, et cela tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale qu\u2019internationale, elle joue aussi le r\u00f4le de passeuse entre diff\u00e9rentes cultures&nbsp;: traduite dans de nombreuses langues, elle traduit elle-m\u00eame du fran\u00e7ais vers l\u2019allemand L\u00e9opold S\u00e9dar Senghor et la po\u00e9tesse belge Andr\u00e9e Sodenkamp.<\/p>\n\n<p>Elle illustre \u00e9galement par son parcours la trajectoire \u00e9ditoriale itin\u00e9rante d\u00e9gag\u00e9e par Pascal Durand \u00e0 propos du mod\u00e8le \u00e9ditorial belge francophone. En 1906, elle fonde l\u2019Association pour la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats des femmes, dont elle&nbsp;est \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente&nbsp;; celle-ci a pour objectif de favoriser la cr\u00e9ation au Luxembourg d\u2019\u00e9coles publiques pour les jeunes filles. Son action sera r\u00e9compens\u00e9e en 1909, date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019\u00c9tat consent finalement \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du premier lyc\u00e9e de jeunes filles au Luxembourg. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Son ch\u00e2teau de Colpach, village luxembourgeois proche de la fronti\u00e8re belge, o\u00f9 ils s\u2019installent en 1920, permet \u00e0 Aline et son \u00e9poux \u00c9mile Mayrisch d\u2019accueillir durant l\u2019entre-deux-guerres des Rencontres franco-allemandes&nbsp;; l\u2019initiative vaudra \u00e0 ce dernier le titre de docteur <em>honoris causa<\/em> pour services rendus \u00e0 l\u2019entente des peuples. De 1922 \u00e0 1939, le couple invite \u00e0 Colpach de nombreux \u00e9crivains et intellectuels, dont Andr\u00e9 Gide, avec qui Aline Mayrisch noue une amiti\u00e9 profonde et durable, l\u2019\u00e9crivain et \u00e9diteur fran\u00e7ais Jean Schlumberger (1877-1968), l\u2019un des fondateurs de la <em>NRF<\/em>, Jacques Rivi\u00e8re (1886-1925), qui en a \u00e9t\u00e9 le directeur, les Belges Henri Michaux (1899-1984), Maria (1866-1959) et Th\u00e9o Van Rysselberghe (1862-1926), respectivement autrice et peintre. On y croise \u00e9galement la philologue Marie Delcourt (1891-1969), l\u2019\u00e9crivain Alexis Curvers (1906-1992), tous deux belges, l\u2019autrice franco-allemande Annette Kolb (1870-1967), l\u2019actrice allemande Gertrud Eysoldt (1870-1955), Ernst Robert Curtius (1886-1956), philologue allemand, ou encore l\u2019\u00e9crivain fran\u00e7ais Bernard Groethuysen (1880-1946). Conserv\u00e9 aux archives du Centre national de litt\u00e9rature (Mersch), le Livre d\u2019Or de Colpach rend compte de leurs \u00e9changes et du dynamisme de ce r\u00e9seau r\u00e9solument international. Les ann\u00e9es 1930 seront pour Aline Mayrisch les ann\u00e9es du retrait de la vie publique&nbsp;; en 1939, elle s\u2019installe dans le Sud de la France, o\u00f9 elle s\u2019\u00e9teint en 1947.<\/p>\n\n<p>Outre cet \u00ab&nbsp;esprit de Colpach&nbsp;\u00bb pacifiste, cosmopolite et \u00e9minemment europ\u00e9en, \u00e9mule moderne \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard du ch\u00e2teau de Coppet o\u00f9 Germaine de Sta\u00ebl (1766-1817) accueillait en son temps, selon la formule de Stendhal, les \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9tats g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l\u2019opinion europ\u00e9enne&nbsp;\u00bb, l\u2019on doit \u00e9galement \u00e0 Aline Mayrisch d\u2019avoir jou\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de passeuse en faisant par exemple d\u00e9couvrir au lectorat francophone, et notamment \u00e0 Andr\u00e9 Gide, les textes de Rainer Maria Rilke. L\u2019article qu\u2019elle lui consacre dans la&nbsp;<em>Nouvelle Revue fran\u00e7aise<\/em> contribuera en effet \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9crivain allemand du public fran\u00e7ais.
