(2) To examine the interaction between environmental factors and health behaviours (i.e. physical activity in a nature environment) affecting the choice architecture and behaviour change processes by using established health behaviour change frameworks, and by contrasting nudge and boost approaches to increase physical activity in a nature-rich environment.
