To apply for a programme at the University of Luxembourg, candidates must comply with the general eligibility criteria for the chosen programme type and be selected by the study programme based on the quality of their application.

Specific information for this programme

Required Degree
Master degree or equivalent (120 ECTS) in psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology or a Master degree (or equivalent) in medicine/psychiatry (at least 5 years of academic study, a 3-year bachelor and a 2-year master).

Language Skills
Master the 3 languages of the course (German, French AND English): 2 languages on a C1 level (CEFR) and the third at least passively (B2 level CERF) to be able follow the classes. The three languages are mandatory.

Documents
In addition to the documents required for the enrolment at the University of Luxembourg, students need to submit the following documents:
– proof of a supervised clinical practice activity of 500 hours (internships and any other practical experience)

Procedure
Selection is based on the application documents and a personal interview. The interviews normally take place in July. The study programme director will inform the applicants directly afterwards if they are admitted to the programme.
Please note that non-EU candidates cannot be admitted in this study programme because it is a part-time programme.
