Chapters are organised around two key areas: Empirical and Normative Traction, and Iterations in Practice. Drawing on separation of powers thinking, the book considers questions of allocation of authority regarding specific institutions, such as the Court of Justice and in areas such as financial regulation or trade and investment law.<\/p><p>The book was co-edited by <a href=\"https:\/\/wwwfr.uni.lu\/fdef\/departement_droit\/people\/joana_mendes\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Prof. Joana Mendes<\/a> (University of Luxembourg) and Ingo Venzke (University of Amsterdam).
