In its latest annual report, the Intergroup issues political recommendations on how the EU can use its influence to promote FoRB &#038; RT in third countries.<\/p><p>The report is based on research carried out by a consortium led by the University of Luxembourg, which developed specific indicators and criteria to measure violations of FoRB in the rest of the world. The aim of this exercise was to allow the Intergroup to deliver concrete proposals to EU policy makers on actions to support FoRB &#038; RT in these countries.<\/p><p>The research team included researchers from Fondazione Bruno Kessler (Italy), the University of Cambridge (UK) as well as Prof. Philippe Poirier and Dr Mauro Gatti from the University of Luxembourg.<\/p><p>The Intergroup report was presented <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3aS8zSUi6vM\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">during an event<\/a> hosted at the European Parliament in Brussels on 4 September.
