Researchers presented on numerous topics, such as asset management, banking, household finance, real estate and financial econometrics.\u00a0<\/p><p>Among the highlights of the 2017-2018 seminar series, Christine Parlour (UC Berkeley) gave an eye-opening talk on payment systems and the effect of various technological changes on the payment and banking systems.<\/p><p>Several scholars took the opportunity to visit the Luxembourg School of Finance for a few days and teach graduate level classes, including Michael Weber (Chicago) and Johannes Stroebel (NYU).
