The first Conference was held in Macerata (Italy) in 2008 and then in Catania-Enna (2010), Aosta (2012), Roma (2014), Campobasso (2016), Bergamo (2018), Perugia (2020). This year\u2019s conference, jointly promoted by the Italian Associations of Comparative Law AIDC and SIRD, takes place in Luxembourg and will focus on the relationship between supranational systems and comparative law.<\/p><p>Supranational systems do not operate in a vacuum. They were built upon national systems and interact with them. The main objective of this conference is to highlight the importance of comparative law in the practice of European supranational and its impact on people\u2019s lives.
