Digital Law, at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, Department of Law, Member of the Research Area Private Law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"research\"\n    >\nResearch<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>His research in digital Law is based upon a Civil Law approach mainly focused on Contract and Tort. He recently published several papers on European AI Act and its effects on liability. He\u2019s in charge of the \u201cPr\u00e9cis Dalloz\u201d Digital Law and supervises several Phd thesis on legal approach of AI and digital activities. He\u2019s also active in Insurance Law where he supervised a comprehensive book on all the various kinds of Insurances.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"teaching\"\n    >\nTeaching<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>On the basis of his research activities, he teaches Insurance Law, Data Protection to master Degree students. As civil Law professor, he is in charge of the Family law course in Bachelor. Having taught in France and at Sorbonne Abu Dhabi University in French and English, Luc Grynbaum likes to practice a comparative approach to key legal questions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"outreach\"\n    >\nOutreach<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>On the behalf of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, he is currently member of the redaction committee of a group working on the contract law reform of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n<p>Previously, he worked on contract law at a European level in the \u201cAcquis group\u201d, then the \u201cStudy Group\u201d and represented France in the \u201cExpert Group on a Common Frame of Reference in the Area of European Contract Law\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"work-experience\"\n    >\nWork experience<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>After the concourse of \u201cAgr\u00e9gation de droit priv\u00e9 et science criminelle&nbsp;\u00bb in 1999, Luc Grynbaum has become professor in La Rochelle University, Dean of the Faculty of Law.
