Mr. Poelmans taught at the University for over a decade, sharing his professional experience with students and also contributing knowledge to research groups such as the <i>Groupe de r\u00e9flexion en droit priv\u00e9 luxembourgeois.<\/i><\/p><p>Mr. Poelmans, an eminent contract law specialist, is also the author of a comprehensive textbook on Luxembourg contract law used to teach our students, <i>Droit des obligations au Luxembourg &#8211; Principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et examen de jurisprudence (Larcier, 2013<\/i>).<\/p><p>Mr. Poelmans, Counsel at Clifford Chance Luxembourg and member of the Luxembourg Bar, was an inspiring example of how to successfully link academia and practice.
